impeccably clean, delightful hotel with excellant and amazing location in the touristic area of florence within walking distance to all. location near the coast, everything-centre and train station and santa maria novella. and close to a 15th - century dominican church.

The location is perfect, just minutes away from the old town, and the king room, despite not looking appealing in photos, was functional and had a bathroom in between.

Great location, close to duomo & leather markets & shopping. Excellent staff, called me by name & spent quite a bit of time with me (internet is difficult for me) helping me get on the internet. They gave me suggestions for outings and gave me directions, not to mention a delicious complimentary bottle of wine!! Room was spacious & very clean & comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for yoru next visit to Florence.

Hotel has a very central location, all major sights and shopping streets are within easy walking distance. Clean, comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff.

As the location is so central, there is also some noise from the street.

Stayed in a beautifully decorated room with all the necessary facilities, including a separate children's room and a charming piano area.

we stayes at this hotel for 5 nights and were quite satisfied. the hotel staff was particularly helpful, since we had a small baby and a toddler with us. they offered us milk for free and were extremely helpful on all accounts. the only thing that we did not like were the bathrooms. they were a bit small and cramped and the housekeeping department can be improved a bit. the location is excellent for exploring the city and the staff is more than eager to help. we had a good time while we were there.

We had a great deal on a spacious quadruple room with an excellent central location in the historic area, where the service and food were both satisfying.

Good location situated between the train station and the Duomo, both only a 5 minute walk. Good size rooms, traditionally furnished, very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall good value for money in a convenient location when travelling in by train or bus.

Reception is on the 2nd floor, just a little bit confusing when you first arrive.
